With the entry into force of the new European regulation on the protection of personal data on May 25, 2018, we can only continue to communicate with you if you give your express consent by revalidating your name and email.
By giving us your consent, we can continue to communicate with you through digital marketing, sharing newsletters, invitations to events, promotional actions, and other information that may be useful to you. PERSONAL DATA USAGE AND PRIVACY POLICY
Use of Personal Data, of natural persons:
The personal data authorized for processing is intended for marketing products and services commercialized by Trajea. Personal data will not be transmitted to others, nor will it be used for purposes other than those consented to.
Purpose
The processing of your personal data has the following purposes:
- Provide the requested products and services;
- Contact the customer in the event of a change in the scheduled time, delivery deadline, or other matters of interest to the customer inherent to the fulfillment of the contractual relationship;
- Use customer payment information for accounting, billing, control, and auditing purposes, and to detect and/or prevent uncollectible situations;
- Use customer data for administrative or legal purposes, including statistical and marketing analysis, system testing, customer surveys, maintenance and development, or to handle a dispute or complaint;
- Develop digital marketing actions, namely to disseminate new content and launch products, send newsletters, invite and promote events or promotional actions.
These actions require prior customer authorization, and personal data may be, at any time and upon request, limited, rectified, or removed.
Responsible for processing personal data:
Loja Trajea is responsible for processing your personal data, by automated or non-automated means, from its collection, organization, storage, to its deletion.
Data retention period:
We will retain your personal data for a period of 10 years, after which we will securely delete or destroy it.
Until then, the data will be stored and retained until expressly instructed otherwise, or until law or a final judicial decision requires its deletion.
Right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, opposition, and portability of your data
You have the right, whenever you wish, to request to:
- Access the data you have provided to us;
- Rectify your data;
- Erase your data;
- Limit the processing of your data;
- Object to the processing of your data;
- Proceed with the portability of your data to an entity indicated by you.
Right to complain:
